    The one behind the camera

Hey, it’s me, … the girl with a strange last name.

I’m Olga, Latvian-born, North Carolina high-school graduate, Dublin-based photographer whose heart is fulfilled documenting milestones in people’s lives and creating forever-to-last photo memories.

Ireland is been my home for almost 20 years, well …  just one more summer to go! I feel at home here with the seasons, and the rain, I adore the mountain views, the moody beaches, wonderful parks and grassy meadows. I spent most of my childhood outdoors, mainly at my grandmother’s farm-yard which was surrounded by wild forests, open fields and tiny lakes. Yes, it’s that type of the place where you can hear wolves howling at night, run into lynx, … never mind foxes, elks, and all sorts of small fur animals and large pray birds. During my early teen years, I was destined to live on the shores of the Baltic Sea. And I guess, because I was surrounded by natural spaces, this encouraged me to spend day after day after day outside, taking it all in. My love for outdoors definitely influences my work! I reflect a lot of this love in my photography.

The best part is that it gets even more magical when nature and people come together. Strangely enough, exactly outdoors you can really document all the big, bright moments that we, people, cherish and even the sweet, unseeingly insignificant we don’t.

While you’re with me, there will be no awkward poses; just you-the-way-you-are and absolutely no waiting for weeks for photos to arrive … Easy, beautiful photos delivered straight to your inbox ready to go!

Any other secrets? Yes, using natural light and natural smiles for photography is a match made in heaven. I believe in it!  Anything else? Indeed. I don’t have any specific way of editing your photos and simply go with the flow, … whatever matches YOU, the day and the surrounding, I blend it together and dress it up. Magic.

    Yours, OB

My mini world of wonders through the lense of the camera.
Basically it’s always with me, and, oh boy, I do take pictures of pretty much everything I see!
Here are just some of them.
